Special: A week after the Game of Thrones series finale, HBO returns to Westeros for a deep dive into the making of the concluding season. Game of Thrones: The Concluding Watch premieres at 9 p.g. Sunday, May 26.
Likewise: A new season of Pawn Stars (x p.m. Monday, History); Flip or Flop star Christina El Moussa (now Anstead) goes solo in Christina on the Coast (ten p.m. Thursday, HGTV); and Sundance debuts a limited-series adaptation of The Name of the Rose, starring John Turturro and Rupert Everett, at ten p.1000.
